At The Memory Bear Company, we transform your meaningful clothing and fabrics into handmade memory bears—where love becomes a keepsake. 🧸💕

When you place an order, you are reserving our time, craftsmanship, design expertise, and handmade sewing services. You will then mail us the sentimental items you would like transformed, such as baby clothes, a loved one’s shirts, uniforms, blankets, or other cherished fabrics. 📦🧵

Once your fabrics arrive, we carefully design and handcraft your bear using the materials you provided. Every bear is individually made with thoughtful attention given to preserving meaningful details such as logos, embroidery, graphics, pockets, and special fabric placements whenever possible. ✂️🪡

Because every project is completely unique, no two memory bears will ever be exactly alike. Our goal is to preserve your most treasured memories by creating a meaningful heirloom from items that already hold a special place in your heart. 💗

Production may take up to four weeks after we receive your fabrics. Once completed, your handmade keepsake bear will be shipped to you with a gift bag, keepsake tag, and blank note card. 🎁

📮 Sending Your Fabrics

After checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for mailing your fabrics to our studio in Jonesborough, Tennessee, along with other important order details.

📋 Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our Memory Bears, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

When you purchase a Memory Bear, you are not only purchasing a handmade keepsake—you are reserving dedicated time on our production schedule. Because our schedule remains extremely full and each bear requires significant time, skill, and care to create, these reserved production spots are very valuable to our small business.
