How it Works

At The Memory Bear Company, we provide a custom sewing service to transform your meaningful clothing and fabrics into handmade memory bears, where love becomes a keepsake.

When you place an order, you are reserving our time, craftsmanship, design expertise, and handmade sewing service. Customers then mail us sentimental items such as baby clothes, loved one’s shirts, uniforms, blankets, or other cherished fabrics they would like professionally transformed into a keepsake bear.

Once your fabrics arrive, we carefully design and handcraft your bear using the materials you provided. Every memory bear is individually created by hand, with thoughtful attention given to preserving meaningful details like logos, embroidery, graphics, pockets, and special fabric placements whenever possible.

Because each project is completely unique, no two bears are ever exactly alike. Our service is centered around preserving memories and creating a meaningful heirloom from items that already hold sentimental value to you.

After completion, which can take up to 4 weeks we ship your handmade keepsake bear to you complete with a gift bag, tag, and blank note card.

Sending Your Fabrics

After checkout you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on how to mail your fabrics to us here in Jonesborough, TN, along with other important details.
